Olivia's hourly fees are $120/hour from 23rd March 2022. This reflects her professional standards, education and expertise. With respect to the time taken to complete tasks outside of appointments, any paperwork required will incur a fee and will be charged as per the hourly rate. This includes: email consultations, treatment plan modifications, letters, reports etc. You will be contacted to ensure your approval is given prior to beginning the work.

Mondays 8:30am- 6:30pm

Tuesdays 8:30am-6:30pm

Thursday 8:30am-6:30pm

Please let us know by phone or email if you are unable to proceed with your appointment at least two working days prior to your scheduled appointment. We will then be able to allocate this time to someone on the waiting list.  Cancellations will be charged as folllows: 2 days prior to appointment: 25% of consult fee 1 day prior to appointment: Cancel within this time period and pay 50% of the consultation fee The day of the appointment: Cancel on the day of the appointment and pay the full consultation fee
